A Partner in the London Office, Kevin joined EIM in 2000, with a broad business background, including senior financial and general management experience, mainly in the financial and travel sectors with American Express and private equity investment and portfolio management with Investcorp. He is a Chartered Accountant, having started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co in London and Switzerland. He has a Degree in Modern Languages from Cambridge University.
Andrew joined EIM in 2018. He is an operations and technology executive with over 30 years of international experience in consumer, business and professional services. His Private Equity experience includes leadership and advisory capacities. Prior to joining EIM, Andrew was a interim following a services career with AlixPartners, Adjoined (a firm he co-founded), AT Kearney, PwC and Andersen Consulting. He has an Electrical Engineering degree from Imperial College, London.
James has more than 40 years’ experience in executive recruitment including seven years in-house with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC). He then led interim management businesses Hewitson-Walker, AshtonPenney and PILOTpartners before merging his practice with EIM in 2015. James specialises in finding senior executives for emerging markets and the portfolios of bank workout teams and private equity funds.
Kerry joined EIM in 2006, after emigrating from Canada in 2003, where she worked within the Property Development & Real Estate Investment Industry. Kerry supports the London Office, collaborating with the leadership team in setting and managing the operational plans with a focus on maximizing efficiency and productivity of office processes and procedures. She also develops and implements the marketing strategy for the office as well as managing annual events. Kerry also lived in Abu Dhabi for 3 years, where she continued to work remotely for EIM on special projects.
Alexandra first joined EIM in 2008 and then re-joined again in 2016 after several years in between at Rio Tinto. She is Head of Administration for the London office and looks after both interim managers and clients, working closely with the leadership team. Alexandra has experience across a broad range of sectors including publishing, television, politics and financial services. She has a degree in History from Goldsmith’s London University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.
